Manage your account

Any advice does not take into account your personal needs and financial circumstances and you should consider whether it is appropriate for you. ANZ recommends you read the ANZ Travel Card (Multicurrency) Product Disclosure Statement and the Financial Services Guide (PDF) which is available by calling 13 13 14 or visiting anz.com before acquiring the product.

You need Adobe Reader to review PDF files. You can download Adobe Reader free of charge.

To reload your card while you're away, contact your bank or financial institution to make a BPAY payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account via internet or phone banking (allow up to 3 business days). The conversion rate used will be the rate on the day ANZ receives your cleared funds from BPAY.

Please note that due to government restrictions the ANZ Travel Card cannot be used in some countries including Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan and North Korea.
Please check DFAT and OFAC websites and with the relevant embassies before you travel.

The ANZ Travel Card is not intended to be purchased by any person who is not a resident of Australia.

The ANZ Travel Card is not able to be linked to any ANZ account and cannot be accessed via ANZ Internet Banking. To access your card details, you will need to go to anz.com/travelcard.
