ANZ Travel Card - How it works
With ANZ Travel Card, you’ll never have to worry about lugging around large amounts of cash. It’s a simple, safe and convenient way to spend money while you’re off exploring the world.
You can use your card at any of the 36 million merchant and ATM locations worldwide wherever Prepaid Visa cards are accepted electronically. Plus, each card is issued with its own secure PIN that is completely independent of your bank accounts. What’s more, we’ll supply you with a back-up card in case of theft or loss.

Lock in your exchange rate
When you purchase an ANZ Travel Card, load currency before you travel and lock in the exchange rate.
Choose from 10 available currencies:

To reload your card while you're away, contact your bank or financial institution to make a BPAY payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account via internet or phone banking (allow up to 3 business days). The conversion rate used will be the rate on the day ANZ receives your cleared funds from BPAY. A 1.1% Reload Fee will apply for each reload.
Please note that due to government restrictions the ANZ Travel Card cannot be used in some countries including Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea and Burma (Myanmar).

The ANZ Travel Card is not intended to be purchased by any person who is not a resident of Australia.
The ANZ Travel Card is not able to be linked to any ANZ account and cannot be accessed via ANZ Internet Banking. To access your Card details, you will need to go to www.anz.com/travelcard.
